Bicycle License
Protect your bicycle.  Citizens can purchase a bicycle license for the cost of $6.00 at the Police Department.  The license is non-expiring and registers your bicycle with the Police Department in the event that the bicycle is lost or stolen.  The Police Department encourages citizens use bicycle locks for theft protection.

Street Obstruction Permit
The Police Department is authorized to issue a street obstruction permit to citizens, firms or corporations that request a street closed for an event.  The request must be completed and filed with the Police Department two weeks in advance of the event.  The following form shall be used for these requests.
